James Shaw

Practicing and teaching Pilates for over 7 years, everything in James’ life revolves around the discipline, simply because it’s his true passion.

He teaches, practices, trains and educates it. Pilates is his full time career and holistic lifestyle for his own body.

A fully comprehensive modern Pilates certification, means James is qualified to teach on all apparatus Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels.

He is also qualified in my pre and post natal training and holds a great understanding of what the female body needs to help prepare and recover when having a child.

In an extension of all his wealth of knowledge, James also teaches Pilates for brain conditions such as MS, ME, Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain disorders.

Committed to continual development, James is currently completing another Classical Qualification to become a true master of his trade through a course “In Teaching learn and in learning you’ll teach”. It is this passion that has seen James teach in London’s most prestigious Pilates studios.
